As Head of People Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our hourly workforce across multiple markets, ensuring seamless HR operations and driving process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of People Operations or HR experience
Experience owning end-to-end HR operations for hourly workforces across multiple markets, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee records management
Proven experience running weekly payroll for hourly employees, including timesheet reconciliation and resolving payroll discrepancies
Experience owning end-to-end recruiting pipelines from job posting through offer stage
Experience as a sole HR/People Ops contributor, owning the full HR function for an organization
Hands-on experience using Gusto for payroll processing
Working knowledge of US wage and hour regulations for hourly employees
Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
Currently authorized to work in the United States

Proficiency with Google Sheets for HR operations reporting, audits, and data reconciliation
Experience serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries for field teams, including resolving payroll and scheduling issues

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end HR operations for an hourly workforce, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee records management.
Manage recruiting and hiring pipelines from job postings through offers, scaling hiring plans as new markets open.
Maintain accurate employee records and system integrity across HR tools such as Gusto, Jobber, and others; conduct regular audits and data reconciliation.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving payroll and scheduling issues, and providing bilingual support to field teams (English/Spanish).
Drive process improvements by diagnosing root causes of discrepancies, updating workflows, checklists, and training to ensure consistency and scalability.
