As we grow our organization, we're seeking for an accomplished senior leader to oversee and elevate our end‑to‑end payments function. You will be responsible for a high‑scale operation that supports hundreds of thousands of monthly transactions and services more than one million active accounts, anchored by a $1.5B+ annual card‑acquiring portfolio. Within your first six months, you will align and structure the organization, deliver measurable operational improvements, and develop a comprehensive 24‑month strategic roadmap that defines required investments, capabilities, and organizational design. You will also establish the reporting frameworks, governance structures, and matrixed operating model necessary to execute the strategy and ensure long‑term scalability and performance.
