We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager, someone who lives at the intersection of relationships, revenue, and product excellence. You’ll help us take our reseller partners from “signed” to “successful,” ensuring they are enabled, equipped, and empowered to drive repeated revenue growth for both themselves and Triptease. You’ll be the face of Triptease for partners post-contract, the reason they grow their business with us, and the engine that ensures partner revenue scales sustainably. This isn’t just a support job. It’s a revenue-driving, partner-shaping, growth-defining role at the heart of our business. This role requires you to be a true people manager, as you will interact with Sales, Events, Product, CS and of course Partners from all over the world.
