Head of Paid Media

Lotus Health AISan Francisco, CA
1d$120,000 - $200,000

About The Position

Lotus Health is a groundbreaking primary care app that integrates your medical records, AI, and real doctors to provide free, personalized healthcare and prescriptions. Our team includes ex-founders and engineers who have built and scaled consumer apps to millions of users, generating over $100M in annual revenue. Lotus is backed by Kleiner Perkins, and clinicians at Harvard and Stanford. You’ll own the entire paid growth engine — from creative testing to scale. You know how to build and run an ad system that produces results: sourcing concepts, briefing creators, interpreting data, and turning insights into performance breakthroughs. You live in performance dashboards and creative feeds — knowing what works, what doesn’t, and what to test next. Lotus isn’t a healthcare company that markets — it’s a movement that grows. You’ll run paid media for one of the most ambitious missions of our time — building a world where care is instant, intelligent, and free. As the first Head of Paid Media on a small, exceptional team you’ll have the autonomy to build the foundation and see your work directly influence care at scale.
