We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Sr. Director, Head of Organizational Effectiveness. This pivotal role leads our Change Management, Organizational Design capabilities. This role will partner closely with Organizational Planning & Intelligence and People Analytics to leverage data and analytics to inform organizational health initiatives, as well as the Culture and Engagement team to understand sentiment within the organization. Additionally, the Head of OE and their team will provide internal consulting services to People Partners and business stakeholders, leveraging internal capacity and external partners when necessary. They will play a critical role in building and implementing consistent frameworks, methodologies, and approaches across the organization to drive excellence and innovation. This is both a hands-on and leadership position, requiring strong relationship-building skills with business stakeholders and People Partners (our term for HR Business Partners).
