About The Position

We’re looking for a Head of Operations to oversee Janji’s global supply chain, planning, and inventory management. This role ensures our product moves efficiently from factory to customer — on time, on cost, and with the best quality across the running industry. You will not just report directly to the CEO, you will be integrated within the leadership team to help Janji achieve big goals. You’ll lead the operational engine behind Janji’s fast growth: from vendor management and demand planning to warehouse coordination and process improvement. You’ll balance analytical rigor with a startup’s bias for action, building scalable systems that keep Janji's supply chain running smoothly as the brand expands

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production management (apparel or consumer goods strongly preferred).
  • Strong background in costing, forecasting, and logistics.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships across multiple regions.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with ERP, inventory, and reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Management
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations — from factory production schedules to last-mile fulfillment.
  • Work with your team to optimize vendor performance, lead times, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.
  • Lead Janji's product and development teams to forecast capacity and align seasonal timelines.
  • Costing & Margin Optimization
  • Own cost negotiations with factory partners to meet margin goals.
  • Build and maintain detailed costing models across product categories.
  • Identify efficiency gains across materials, packaging, and freight.
  • Inventory Planning & Management
  • Lead inventory strategy, balancing stock availability with cash-flow efficiency.
  • Partner with finance and marketing to align buy plans with business objectives.
  • Manage warehouse relationships (3PL) to maintain accuracy and increase efficiency.
  • Operational Systems & Process Improvement
  • Implement tools and workflows that streamline operations and improve visibility.
  • Establish KPIs for supply chain performance, inventory turns, and landed margin.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality control, compliance, and sustainability standards.
