The Head of Marketing Operations is a foundational role that ties together marketing strategy and the technical systems that support it. You’ll lead the marketing operations function and be our resident GTM engineer on the marketing team owning the technical architecture that powers our marketing and SDR engine. Positioned as a close partner to RevOps, you will ensure our marketing stack integrates flawlessly with the broader revenue ecosystem, bridging marketing and sales with scalable infrastructure, automation, and actionable insights. This role exists at the intersection of strategy, systems, data and engineering. You’ll design AI-enabled systems that drive growth, and lead cross-functional teams to implement them. You will build the operational backbone of the marketing function, enabling faster decisions, sharper targeting, and sustained growth.
