We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Operations to lead, scale, and continuously improve our operations. This role blends strategic leadership with execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, using data to drive decisions, and partnering closely with leadership. What You’ll Do Oversee operational teams and manage through an existing team lead Lead weekly operational reviews and provide executive-level insights and action plans Build and maintain an Operations Scorecard (acceptance, refunds, resolution times, QA, staffing) Translate internal and system reports into clear trends and improvements Create and maintain SOPs, onboarding, and training playbooks Manage compliance initiatives and internal operational audits Own insurance renewals and reporting (GL, contractor auto, health, CA occupational accident) Handle escalations, refunds, and complex client situations Lead operational projects and support payroll, staffing, and hiring efforts What We’re Looking For 5+ years of operations leadership or management experience Strong analytical and reporting skills Proven ability to build scalable processes and documentation Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments Confident communicator with a high-ownership mindset Why This Role Senior-level ownership and real influence Direct partnership with leadership Opportunity to build systems that scale Flexible hybrid work for the right candidate Competitive salary, full benefits package including 401K with match, unlimited PTO.
