Requirements

  • 3-5+ years senior leadership managing a business, business unit, or equivalent with accountability for strategic planning and operational execution
  • Proven track record scaling a business of $5-10M in revenue
  • Experience in growing and developing leaders and teams
  • Client services experience, including leading client focused initiatives
  • Financial advisory service experience, such as broker dealer, RIA, or tax advisory
  • Must be able to work PST hours

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading fully virtual teams
  • Experience working with or serving faith-based organizations and/or clientele
  • Integrator experience and/or familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
  • Knowledge of investment, tax planning, estate planning, or insurance services
  • Experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or multi-family office setting, with a focus on managing high-net-worth client relationships
  • Local candidate based in or near San Jose, CA

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead operations and strategy, taking full ownership of the business day-to-day to free up the Visionary to focus on growth and lead generation
  • Increase revenue and profitability through system refinement and team alignment for high performance
  • Lay groundwork for future hires, supporting long-term growth and scalability
  • Clarify and strengthen company identity by building out the VTO and embedding core values across operations
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., referrals, service tasks, client response time, revenue) to guide strategic decision-making and drive accountability
  • Proactively identify and address operational challenges, using KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
  • Make strategic decisions on core areas such as team structure, hiring, services, fees, and tech, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities
  • Maintain high standards and continually improve processes to uphold and increase client service excellence and satisfaction
  • Support the leadership team in refining and defining roles, removing obstacles, and fostering true ownership to drive maximum impact
  • Using EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), build trust and cohesion within the team through proactive, clear communication and virtual collaboration, fostering a high-engagement, growth-oriented environment
  • Align team members with their unique abilities, creating standards and routines to ensure accountability, feedback, and development
  • Support a culture of empowerment and investment, encouraging team ownership and commitment to the company’s mission
  • Oversee team development processes, including dashboards and metrics, to monitor team health, engagement, and progress
  • Exhibit strong proficiency with virtual communication tools (e.g., Slack, virtual office platform) to maintain connectivity and engagement in a fully remote environment
  • Optimize tech usage to ensure tools like CRM (Advyzon) and dashboards effectively support operational and growth needs
  • Identify and resolve tech stack gaps, leading enhancements and implementing solutions to streamline daily operations and scale efficiently
  • Oversee tech-driven projects, including CRM and dashboard improvements, to create streamlined workflows and provide accessible metrics for enhanced productivity
