The Head of Marketing Africa will be responsible for providing strategic direction for all marketing activities across the region, this will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires creativity, innovation, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and programs. Evaluate the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Collaboration closely with other departments, such as sales and Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance, to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives. This is a function of the business that is tasked with evaluating customer/consumer needs, gaining deeper insights while keeping view of the evolving market dynamics & using all these insights to derive executable strategies that will drive the business to meet its objectives, while providing direction to teams in execution.
