About The Position

The Head of Marketing will build and scale a predictable, measurable customer acquisition engine across digital, offline, and partnership channels. This role will support Whizz’s transition from a New York–focused business to a nationwide platform, with growth across multiple cities in the U.S., Canada, and additional markets over time.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in performance and growth marketing, including paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms.
  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with dashboards, attribution, experiments, and ongoing optimization.
  • Curious and open to testing new channels and approaches, including offline and non-traditional acquisition methods.
  • Experience managing small teams, with a strong willingness to remain hands-on and execution-focused.
  • Fluent English and Russian

  • AI-native, with practical experience using automation tools and no-code/low-code solutions

Responsibilities

  • Relaunch and scale paid acquisition by rebuilding creatives, funnels, landing pages, and related assets to achieve predictable CAC.
  • Scale offline marketing channels, including field, scout, and referral programs, as a core source of customer acquisition.
  • Grow existing and build new B2B partnerships with delivery platforms and other relevant partners.
  • Build, maintain, and improve a clear marketing analytics and attribution framework across all channels.
  • Drive product marketing initiatives, including testing pricing, plans, bundles, and offers to improve CAC and retention.
  • Develop a scalable multi-city growth playbook that enables the team to launch and manage campaigns across many cities in the U.S. and Canada at the same time.
