About The Position

Accrue is redefining how brands turn payments into loyalty. We help enterprise merchants launch their own branded wallets. The Role This is a creative, high output, full stack marketing role. We are looking for a builder. Someone who can think creatively, move quickly, and ship. You will own Accrue’s marketing end to end with a heavy focus on account based marketing, events, and storytelling that drives real enterprise pipeline. You will work directly with the CEO and Sales leadership and be expected to execute at speed. If you are energized by ambiguity, iteration, and doing the work yourself, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 7 plus years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, ideally selling to enterprise buyers.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through account based marketing and field marketing.
  • Hands on experience with modern marketing tools and AI driven workflows.
  • Highly creative with strong taste and the ability to execute without waiting for perfection.
  • Comfort moving fast, testing ideas, and iterating in real time.
  • Low ego, high ownership, and strong collaboration instincts.
  • Startup experience and builder mentality strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work full time in the United States.

  • Clay experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own Accrue’s marketing strategy and execution across ABM, events, content, and sales enablement.
  • Design and run highly targeted ABM programs for enterprise merchants using modern, AI first tooling.
  • Use tools like Clay and similar platforms to research accounts, map stakeholders, personalize messaging, and move faster than traditional teams.
  • Create and ship marketing assets yourself including decks, landing pages, emails, case studies, and event materials.
  • Own events end to end including conferences, hosted dinners, and executive roundtables with clear pipeline goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive meetings booked, pipeline creation, and deal momentum.
  • Develop bold, clear messaging that cuts through noise and resonates with senior decision makers.
  • Track performance obsessively and optimize based on what is actually driving pipeline and revenue.
  • Build process only where it helps speed and clarity.
