About The Position

This role is for a dynamic marketing leader who will own the full scope of brand, performance, partnerships, and ecommerce growth. You will be accountable for orchestrating an integrated marketing system that balances scientific credibility, creative storytelling, and data-driven performance. This includes managing campaigns, lifecycle marketing, paid and organic acquisition, affiliate and influencer programs, and onsite optimization. You will lead both strategy and execution, leveraging analytics and AI tools to accelerate insights and testing velocity. The role requires making informed trade-offs between growth, unit economics, and operational risk, while building a high-performing team and driving measurable business impact in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years owning growth for a DTC or ecommerce brand.
  • Demonstrated success scaling an ecommerce brand from mid- to high-single-digit million revenue toward $20M+.
  • Strong analytical fluency with GA4, Shopify (or similar platforms), attribution tools, and cohort-based analysis.
  • Expertise in at least two core growth engines, such as paid social, email/SMS, SEO, affiliates, paid search, or CRO.
  • Proven ability to use AI and automation to accelerate testing, insight generation, and execution.
  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting instincts, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience leading small teams and managing agencies, fostering accountability and execution focus.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or background in movement science, foot health, balance/fall-risk reduction, rehabilitation, or performance training is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the integrated marketing strategy, connecting brand storytelling, performance, lifecycle, partnerships, and onsite experience into a cohesive growth engine.
  • Lead revenue-driving campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives, setting messaging frameworks and success metrics.
  • Own the ecommerce P&L levers, including CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and payback period, making trade-offs to balance growth and risk.
  • Oversee organic growth engines such as SEO, content, affiliates, and influencer programs to drive long-term performance.
  • Translate complex scientific and product information into clear, scalable, and compliant marketing messaging.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, manage agency partners, define KPIs, and deliver actionable reporting and insights.
  • Optimize website UX, CRO, and landing pages, ensuring experimentation and data-driven improvements.
