The Head of Marketing is accountable for building and scaling k-ID’s demand generation engine, owning the end-to-end marketing funnel from awareness through MQL creation, and driving measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue. As the leader of the newly formed Marketing department, you will own the marketing funnel, from awareness through MQL creation, partnering closely with Sales on SQL conversion and pipeline quality. This role is a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will build a focused team that includes content production and marketing ops, while also playing a critical role as a human-in-the-loop approver within an innovative agentic marketing workflow. You will directly report to the CEO, and work closely with the Head of Comms & Policy, the Head of Product, and the Sales team to build a world-class marketing function that establishes k-ID as the undisputed leader in age-aware digital experiences.
