About The Position

We are building a team of trailblazers, who embody growth, impact, and excellence. Job Description As the Head of Marketing, you will own the entire funnel. You will bridge the gap between our technical engineering excellence and our commercial goals, turning complex reliability data and "obvious" industrial value into a compelling, repeatable growth engine.

Requirements

  • The "Full-Stack" Marketer: You have 8+ years of experience in B2B growth, preferably within SaaS or technical industrial sectors.
  • Strategically Minded: You are a fan of Geoffrey Moore and April Dunford. You understand that marketing an engineering-heavy product requires a different playbook than standard B2C SaaS.
  • Agile & Adaptable: You are comfortable working in a 400-person organization that balances agile software development with traditional professional services.
  • Technical Literacy: You don't need to be a Reliability Engineer, but you must be able to speak their language. You can translate "Mean Time Between Failure" into "Operational Profitability" for a C-suite audience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Positioning: Apply frameworks from Obviously Awesome to refine our narrative. You must be able to take complex technical offerings (like Quantitative Reliability Optimization) and make them "no-brainer" wins for industrial VPs and Plant Managers.
  • Demand Generation: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting B2B industrial personas. This includes a mix of high-intent SEM, account-based marketing (ABM) for major enterprise accounts, and technical content marketing.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner with our sales leadership to automate the top-of-funnel and ensure a seamless handoff for high-value RFPs and consulting engagements.
  • Product-Led Growth (PLG): For our software suite, you will experiment with and implement growth loops that drive user adoption and expansion within existing enterprise clients.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Build and manage the "Growth Stack." You should be obsessed with CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, using data to decide where to double down and where to pivot.
