The Head of Marketing Operations & Measurement is a senior leadership role responsible for modernizing how Advisor Marketing operates, scales, and measures its impact across Financial Advisor Services (FAS). As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, this leader serves as the connective tissue between strategy and execution—bringing discipline, clarity, and data-driven rigor to how marketing plans are built, deployed, and optimized. This role will transform marketing operations into a strategic advantage by enhancing workflows, deploying a modern marketing technology stack, and establishing advanced measurement frameworks that clearly link marketing activity to business outcomes. The position partners closely with Marketing leaders, Sales, Technology, Data & Analytics, Compliance, and external partners to ensure marketing becomes faster, smarter, and more accountable.
