As we gear up to scale to thousands of families, we’re ready to bring on an engineer to help make it happen. We’re looking for a Head of International Expansion to lead Tin Can’s next chapter: bringing our product to families across the world. This is a highly entrepreneurial, GM-style role. You’ll wear many hats—evaluating which markets to enter first, setting up local operations, ensuring compliance, shaping go-to-market strategies, and ultimately building the playbook to scale Tin Can country by country. You’ll be our architect for global growth, working directly with the founding team to decide the right country model, validate assumptions quickly, and translate early wins into repeatable strategies. A major part of this role will involve compliance. As we expand, you’ll be responsible for navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes. You’ll identify compliance requirements in each market, find and work with local legal experts, and ensure that Tin Can can launch in a way that meets all relevant regulations.
