Tabs is hiring a proven Head of Implementation to build and scale our implementation function as the company goes through significant growth over the next 12 months. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for building the systems, processes, and team that ensure world-class customer delivery at scale, reporting into a Tabs co-founder. You’ll design the organization, define playbooks, and partner closely with leaders across Product, Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success to create a seamless post-sales experience. You’ll also serve as the executive relationship steward for major customers, driving strategic alignment and ensuring successful go-lives. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer success, ideal for a builder who thrives in fast-growing environments and wants to create lasting impact on customer outcomes and company growth.
