About The Position

The Director of Implementation & Delivery is responsible for driving the execution of high-impact initiatives across hospitality operations and technology. This role ensures the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, ranging from operational efficiencies, AI-driven innovation, automation, and core business platforms by meeting timelines, maintaining scope, and delivering measurable business value. Acting as the bridge between operations, technology, and leadership, the Director leads cross-functional execution, aligns stakeholders, and fosters a culture of accountability and delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field or experience.
  • Seven or more years of experience leading cross-functional projects or programs, ideally within hospitality, travel, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups while balancing technical detail with executive-level communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with various systems and solutions, with proficiency in platforms like PMS, POS, CRM, ERP (Oracle or Workday), or guest-engagement technologies considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable projects and delivery roadmaps.
  • Coordinate initiatives across departments and disciplines to ensure unified execution.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, multi-property projects spanning hospitality systems, guest-experience platforms, enterprise and internal applications.
  • Oversee the full delivery lifecycle including intake, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, testing, and deployment.
  • Implement PMO best practices across the organization, balancing structure with flexibility.
  • Facilitate alignment between corporate teams, hotel operations, and technology partners to ensure initiatives meet operational needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and hold external partners accountable for delivery and performance.
  • Promote open communication and transparent reporting across all stakeholder levels.
  • Lead organizational change efforts related to new systems, processes, and digital tools.
  • Support training, adoption, and process standardization to ensure smooth transitions
  • Identify opportunities to drive improvement through technology and process innovation.
