Requirements

• 10+ years in silicon/hardware organizations with experience driving program operations
• Executive-ready written and visual comms
• Fluency with budget and capacity planning
• Cross-geography stakeholder management
• Ruthless prioritization

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with FPGA design and development
• GenAI tool usage for engineering development
• Prior chief-of-staff experience to at least VP/CVP level

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operating cadence for a ~250-person global HW team
• Executive (SVP/CEO) updates, health metrics, and "state of the org"
• Planning and tracking hiring and staffing worldwide
• Operational and capital spend planning and management
• Coordination of compute infrastructure (HW, CAD/EDA) and HW team usage metrics
• Prioritize and drive strategic investments and new initiatives
• Align strategic vision with cross-functional partner teams
• Manage cross-org dependencies and communications
• Establish metrics for productivity/efficiency and their improvement through genAI tools/flows
• Travel occasionally to San Jose/Portland/Manila/Penang/Taiwan/Pune
• Partner closely and collaboratively with senior leaders in all sites

Benefits

• The base pay for this role is between $175,000 to $219,000 per year.
