The Head of Hospitality will be a pivotal member of the Hospitality team as a strategic partner to the SVP, Head of Venues and Vice President of Operations, closely supporting the Operations team. The role will shape the Food and Beverage experience for Cosm Venues Globally, curating & tailoring the menu per venue to match the market while still maintaining operational efficiencies and cost considerations. The Head of Hospitality will be tasked with the design, strategy, and development of Cosm Venues' Food and Beverage experience, expanding the restaurant operations, the VIP guest experience, and incremental food & beverage programs – setting and achieving enterprise-wide goals and offering a premier host of world-class hospitality and curated fan programs. Successful candidates will have a background in building culinary teams, food and beverage strategies, as well as new venue openings. Strong data driven vision will be required to maximize the Fan experience in current and future Cosm Venues. This senior leadership role will be a conduit between the key Cosm leadership positions and the venue food and beverage experience. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and agile.
