About The Position

We're building an onchain dark pool. Dark pools are private exchanges for institutional trading — they're an important part of market structure in stock trading, and we're bringing them to crypto. Renegade is DeFi-native; it's fully onchain, with no trusted intermediaries. We've been live since late 2024, raised $20M+ in venture dollars, matched $300M+ in volume, and have a lean team that works in-person in San Francisco.

We’re hiring one trading-native GTM person to sit between our customers (funds) and engineering.

Requirements

• Trading-native background is important, and you're already plugged into these conversations.
• You’ve worked at (or close to) market-neutral/quant/execution teams, or built trading systems yourself
• You’re already in the flow: active on Telegram/DMs/CT, and you can warm-intro / get a reply without starting from zero
• You can translate DeFi mechanics into execution-native language (and you know what quants will scrutinize), and you’re technical enough to go into data/code when needed

Responsibilities

• Building trading artifacts: TCA dashboards, performance breakdowns, one-pagers, "how to evaluate us" materials
• Source counterparties: stay close to the flows, identify who should talk to us, and get them into the funnel
• Get hands-on: run tests, dig into data/logs, maybe write code or build a small internal fund for demonstration
