We are looking for a GTM strategy & operations leader to drive the next phase of Clarity Pediatrics’ growth. In this high-visibility role, you will work directly with the Founders and Commercial leaders to set the foundation for how we measure performance in our initial pediatrician referral channel, operationalize our revenue goals, and optimize the GTM engine to drive predictable and efficient revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience working across sales, marketing, partnerships, analytics, and finance. You equally love crunching numbers, driving performance initiatives, and getting out into the market to learn about customers, patients, and GTM best practices. This is an IC role to start, with potential to grow a team.
