About The Position

Profound is building the marketing platform for the age of superintelligence. As AI reshapes how information is created, discovered, and distributed, companies need a new way to understand and influence how AI systems represent them. Profound works with the world’s leading brands to define and win this new era of AI Search. We’re hiring a Head of GTM Enablement to build the function from the ground up. This role owns how Profound’s Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams are enabled to win—from onboarding and training to playbooks, launches, and ongoing field readiness. You’ll translate a fast-evolving product and category into clear, repeatable motions that scale.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years across GTM roles (Enablement, Sales, CS, RevOps, Product Marketing).
  • Experience as a first or early enablement hire.
  • Comfortable selling complex, enterprise, category-defining products.
  • Able to translate AI and technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong systems thinker and hands-on builder.
  • Credible with senior sales leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Build Profound’s GTM enablement function from scratch.
  • Own enablement across Sales, CS, SEs, and Partners.
  • Design onboarding programs that ramp new hires quickly in a complex, technical category.
  • Create GTM playbooks for enterprise sales cycles, pilots, and expansions.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to turn positioning into field-ready messaging.
  • Enable the field to confidently sell Profound’s differentiation across AI Search and agentic workflows.
  • Lead enablement for new product launches.
  • Equip frontline managers with coaching frameworks.
  • Serve as the voice of the field into Product and GTM leadership.
  • Define and track enablement impact (ramp time, win rates, adoption).
