About The Position

Jasper is seeking a Director of GTM Enablement to build and lead a strategic, scalable enablement organization that supports Sales, CS, and broader GTM teams. You will define Jasper’s enablement vision, develop repeatable programs that drive performance, and ensure that every customer-facing team member is equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge required to succeed. This is a building role, ideal for a leader who has scaled enablement programs at high-growth SaaS companies and knows how to design systems, build curriculum, operationalize coaching, and measure impact. This fully remote role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM enablement, revenue enablement, or a related sales/GTM leadership role.
  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs at a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company.
  • Strong understanding of modern sales practices, buyer journeys, and GTM motions.
  • Skilled at simplifying complexity. You can translate strategy, product capabilities, and market insights into clear, actionable guidance.
  • A collaborative leader who builds trust with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing.
  • Excellent facilitator and communicator with strong executive presence.
  • Proactive, operationally strong, and able to balance long-term strategy with short-term execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Jasper’s GTM enablement strategy across onboarding, training, content readiness, and ongoing skill development.
  • Create scalable programs, frameworks, and operating rhythms that improve consistency and predictability across GTM teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Revenue leadership to understand performance gaps and build targeted enablement solutions.
  • Develop role-based enablement paths that strengthen core selling skills and support evolving GTM motions.
  • Deliver ongoing training around positioning, messaging, value articulation, competitive differentiation, and product awareness.
  • Create systems that improve how the field engages with prospects and customers and measure readiness through clear, repeatable metrics.
  • Own the design and execution of onboarding for all GTM hires, ensuring rapid ramp to productivity.
  • Build a structured curriculum that deepens product understanding and aligns new hires to Jasper’s GTM motion, narrative, and tools.
  • Establish consistent coaching routines and equip frontline managers with playbooks, tools, and insights that drive rep excellence.
  • Partner with Operations teams to surface performance insights that guide coaching priorities.
  • Ensure tight alignment between Product Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product to deliver cohesive messaging and launch readiness.
  • Maintain clear communication channels that help GTM teams stay informed and prepared for product releases, campaigns, and strategic shifts.
  • Define KPIs and dashboards that show the effectiveness of enablement programs and inform ongoing improvement.
  • Track adoption and performance and apply a data-driven approach to refine programs and scale what works
