About The Position

Rockstar is recruiting for a pioneering company at the intersection of autonomous systems, distributed infrastructure, and applied AI. This company has raised $5.1M to build agents as fully autonomous founders and is backed by notable founders and VCs. After a focused period of R&D in stealth, the team is now entering its next chapter: scaling its systems in the real world. They are a small, highly driven team building the foundation for agents that don’t just chat, but run entire businesses. Role Overview This company is looking for a Head of Growth to design, launch, and scale the go-to-market engine that brings its AI agent platform to real-world business customers. The candidate will work directly with the founders to make core GTM decisions and build the channels that drive company growth. The ideal candidate has experience marketing frontier products at early-stage companies and understands how to build growth engines from 0→1 and 1→10. They will help architect a system that supports multiple AI-launched products in parallel. One week they may convene a curated group of founders to pressure test a new agent-built product. The next, they may execute a high-visibility campaign that drives industry-wide conversation in the AI space. The mandate is clear: generate measurable traction and make the company a defining player in the agentic AI category.

Requirements

  • The candidate has 5+ years of experience marketing frontier products, services, or features at early-stage companies (0→1 or 1→10), ideally in AI/ML environments
  • The candidate has strong command of AI-native distribution, including AEO, LLM visibility, and paid social execution (especially X and Reddit)
  • The candidate can market to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • The candidate combines creative thinking with structured, hypothesis-driven experimentation
  • The candidate has strong storytelling and positioning instincts
  • The candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly without perfect information
  • The candidate has a strong bias toward action, measurement, and iteration
  • The candidate has built or operated growth systems for AI-native or technical products
  • The candidate has run real campaigns across modern paid social channels (X, Reddit, etc.)
  • The candidate actively uses AI tools or workflows to improve execution speed and output
  • The candidate has a clear point of view on where AI-driven distribution is heading

Responsibilities

  • Activation & Conversion Engine
  • Designing and executing growth strategies that convert prospects into paying customers
  • Translating awareness into qualified demand and demand into revenue
  • Hands-On Lifecycle Execution
  • Building and launching campaigns across email, paid social, and organic channels
  • Writing copy, setting up segments, QA’ing flows, and shipping quickly across multiple AI-driven products simultaneously
  • Growth Experimentation
  • Running high-velocity experiments across GTM channels
  • Blending traditional growth fundamentals with unconventional distribution strategies
  • Identifying and scaling what works in a rapidly evolving AI market

  • Setting up attribution, dashboards, and reporting across all channels
