Role Purpose The Head of Growth & Marketing, North America is responsible for building and leading the marketing organization that drives demand, adoption, and engagement across Rapsodo’s Golf and Diamond ecosystems. This leader will operate at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community, ensuring that Rapsodo’s marketing strategy directly supports revenue growth, product launches, and long-term platform engagement. Reporting to the General Manager of North America, the role partners closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to create an integrated go-to-market engine across consumer and enterprise segments. Success in this role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, building the systems, processes, and team necessary to scale a global sports technology brand.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Experience leading marketing in technology, sports technology, consumer electronics, or SaaS-enabled hardware businesses
  • Proven track record of building scalable growth engines across digital and ecommerce channels
  • Strong experience launching new products and managing complex go-to-market programs
  • Experience building marketing organizations in fast-growing or ambiguous environments
