About The Position

Movius is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Marketing to lead global marketing and drive growth across enterprise and financial services segments. The role will be responsible for shaping the company’s brand, accelerating pipeline generation, and positioning Movius as the market leader in secure, compliant mobile communications. This leader will bring a deep understanding of B2B SaaS, telecom, and regulated industries, and will align marketing closely with sales, product, and customer success to drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS, telecom, or enterprise technology
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth in complex, enterprise sales environments
  • Expertise in product marketing, demand generation, and brand building
  • Experience working with global teams and partners
  • Analytical mindset with strong command of marketing metrics and ROI

  • Strong experience in financial services, compliance, or regulated industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned to Movius’ growth objectives
  • Position Movius as the category leader in mobile compliance, MultiLine, and secure communications
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on corporate strategy, messaging, and market expansion
  • Own pipeline creation and marketing-sourced revenue targets
  • Build scalable demand generation engines across digital, field, and partner channels
  • Optimize conversion across the funnel (MQL → SQL → closed revenue)
  • Drive account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting tier-1 financial institutions and global enterprises
  • Lead product marketing, including messaging, differentiation, and go-to-market strategies
  • Clearly articulate Movius’ value proposition versus competitors (e.g., compliance capture, voice/text separation, carrier-grade reliability)
  • Launch new products and features with strong market impact
  • Build a strong, differentiated global brand
  • Oversee PR, analyst relations, and thought leadership (e.g., compliance, BYOD, mobile recording)
  • Elevate executive visibility through media, events, and industry engagement
  • Develop joint marketing strategies with key partners (e.g., carriers, Microsoft, compliance platforms)
  • Strengthen Movius’ presence in partner ecosystems and marketplaces
  • Bring the voice of the customer into all marketing and product initiatives
  • Leverage data and insights to refine segmentation, targeting, and messaging
  • Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics
  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing organization
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and ROI accountability across all marketing programs
  • Manage budget allocation to maximize growth efficiency
