Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Licenses: Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 required.
Minimum 10 yearsâ experience in selling investment and insurance products.
Experience managing employees.
All candidates must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

Certifications: CFP, ChFC, or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and execute the Wealth Management strategy by engaging members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Promote the services and expand the member base through comprehensive financial plans and tailored investment advice.
Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and the broker-dealer, ensuring effective communication.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the investment program, including advisor support and program performance monitoring.
Create and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency in investment services.
Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
