The role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for managing and leading the financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, finance business support capabilities for Hiscox USA. This will entail providing financial and operational team leadership, management and mentoring for these functions. The role will be a strategic partner to the business and will have responsibility for driving effective and efficient forecasting, internal and external financial reporting capabilities, compliance with the financial controls framework, financial systems and processes, and the development of insightful commentary and analysis.
