As the Head of ERP Implementations, this role involves building and scaling the Customer Experience function from the ground up, encompassing implementation, onboarding, post-go-live support, and long-term customer success. It is described as an intense, hands-on role with full ownership, requiring a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

Hardcore work ethic and high agency
8+ years of experience in ERP implementations, ERP functional consulting, or accounting/advisory with at least 2+ years' managing teams of at least 5 people at a senior or leadership level
Deep understanding of ERP systems, finance workflows, and implementation best practices
Customer-service extraordinaire who loves solving complex problems
Thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments with high ownership
Expertise in Accounting, audit, ERP systems, CPA

Nice To Haves

Strong preference for an accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 is a major plus)

Responsibilities

Build a world class Customer Experience function, going from excellent delivery/implementation through post go-live customer support
Recruit and lead a team of 15+ CX Leads and Customer Support specialists, and will continue to hire and scale the team quickly
Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to shape the roadmap based on real customer feedback
Establish and evolve implementation methodologies, processes, and operational standards
Challenge the status quo of what world-class ERP customer success looks like
Own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships as an IC/jump in where needed to support your team and roll up your sleeves
Deliver best-in-class onboarding, go-live execution, and ongoing CX excellence

Significant equity ownership package
Base salary: $200,000 - $315,000
