About The Position

Vanguard is expanding the shelf of wealth planning and product solutions for Wealth Management clients, leveraging digital and data capabilities. As the Head of Digital Wealth Solutions, you will shape how clients engage with our Wealth management offer with an eye to deepening their relationship with Vanguard. In partnership with AWM Solutions and the Wealth Management segment, you will define and lead the digital strategy for integrated offer journeys across the full client lifecycle—advancing the positioning of WM solutions and services in prospecting, needs discovery, and service to sales journeys. By connecting the dots between AWM offer strategy, experience design and implementation, sales, relationship management and operational execution, you will ensure these journeys are client‑centric, compliant, and scalable across the enterprise. Your scope will include AWM product solutions (e.g., private markets) and wealth services (e.g., trust, wealth and estate planning).

Requirements

  • Experience leading programs for highly regulated journeys across multiple divisions.
  • Expertise designing and operating complex journeys in advice, wealth, operations, or regulated product environments.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, and supervisory frameworks, with the ability to translate requirements into streamlined digital workflows.
  • Advanced acumen in relevant WM products and services (e.g., wealth planning, private markets), including structured problem solving and outcome-based execution.
  • Executive level communication and influence aligning senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and set long-term vision.
  • A client-obsessed approach that prioritizes clarity, transparency, and simplicity in key moments.
