About The Position

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Head of IT – US Region to lead the Information Technology function across the United States, delivering secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT services that drive business performance. This role ensures alignment with global IT and digital strategies, as well as with global governance frameworks, while addressing the unique requirements of the US business, fostering operational excellence, compliance, and continuous innovation. Operating within a global IT governance and architecture framework, the role balances adherence to global standards with pragmatic leadership of US-specific transformation initiatives. Day-to-day IT operations are largely delegated; the focus is on strategy, portfolio leadership, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior IT leadership experience in manufacturing-intensive environments (food, agriculture, CPG, industrial).
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation programs (ERP, data, manufacturing systems, automation).
  • Comfortable operating in matrixed, multinational organizations with strong global governance.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders without direct control of all resources.
  • Strong business orientation — understands margin, throughput, cost, and operational risk.

Responsibilities

  • Own the US IT strategy and roadmap, aligned to global digital priorities and US business objectives.
  • Translate enterprise and global technology strategies into regionally executable programs that deliver measurable operational and financial impact.
  • Act as a senior advisor to the US executive team on technology-enabled transformation.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Food Safety leaders to modernize plant and network-level systems.
  • Drive technology enablement across manufacturing, including ERP execution, plant systems integration, data visibility, automation, and digital workflows.
  • Ensure systems support regulatory compliance, traceability, uptime, and cost discipline across the manufacturing footprint.
  • Lead the US portfolio of major transformation initiatives, including ERP, data platforms, digital manufacturing, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Serve as the US business lead for global deployments, ensuring solutions are adopted, localized appropriately, and deliver expected benefits.
  • Focus on value realization, standardization, and simplification, not project administration.
  • Ensure US initiatives comply with global IT governance, cybersecurity standards, data architecture, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, data privacy).
  • Act as the regional steward of enterprise architecture principles and system integrity.
  • Partner with global IT and cybersecurity leadership to assess risk, prioritize controls, and manage exceptions.
  • Lead a senior regional IT leadership team with clear accountability for execution and service delivery.
  • Shape an operating model that leverages shared services, vendors, and system integrators while retaining strong regional ownership.
  • Build organizational capability to sustain transformation beyond individual programs.
