About The Position

Tickmill is looking to hire a Head of Digital Marketing to act as a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives on turning numbers into insights and insights into growth. The Head of Digital Marketing will manage and drive Tickmill’s global digital marketing strategy, driving high-quality lead generation and client acquisition through a deep understanding of data, analytics, and multi-channel attribution. This is a strategic and execution-focused role, responsible for orchestrating Tickmill’s full digital ecosystem and leading the development and execution of our global paid media strategy across performance-driven channels, including Google Ads, Paid Search, PPC, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Retargeting, and SEO. Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a strategic role of leading end-to-end digital marketing strategy across all paid channels.
  • Proven track record managing data-driven lead generation in financial services and/or FX trading industries.
  • Advanced understanding of multi-channel attribution, funnel analytics, and media mix modeling.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Demonstrated experience managing large media budgets with measurable ROI and consistent pipeline contribution.
  • Analytical, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for turning complex data into business strategy.
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Tickmill’s end-to-end digital marketing strategy across all paid channels, including Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, and Retargeting.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns across(but not limited to) Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X , and programmatic platforms.
  • Build an integrated lead generation framework, leveraging analytics, audience segmentation, and conversion funnel optimization to drive high-intent acquisition.
  • Translate marketing goals into actionable strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Implement and drive a data-first marketing culture, integrating digital analytics with business intelligence to generate actionable insights.
  • Design and manage multi-touch attribution models to accurately measure channel performance and IT teams to evolve reporting frameworks, dashboards, and decision-making tools that inform marketing and business strategy.
  • Oversee and collaborate with external media agencies, ensuring strategies are aligned with business goals, campaigns are executed efficiently, and performance targets are achieved.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of global digital campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI, lead quality, and scalability.
  • Continuously monitor, optimize, and A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies to drive performance improvements.
  • Manage and coordinate digital marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects, collaborating with key internal stakeholders — including Business Development, Product/IT, Compliance, Country Managers, and Regional marketing teams.
