We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to build and own Radar’s pipeline engine from the ground up. You’ll define how we generate, capture, and convert demand across channels, turning data into predictable, scalable growth. Marketing at Radar isn’t a support function; it’s a core growth driver. You’ll own pipeline and revenue outcomes, and directly shape how we scale toward $100M ARR. You’ll report to our VP of Marketing and be based out of our Flatiron (NYC) HQ. We’re in-office Monday–Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
