Collaborative features ensure faster information flow and decisioning inside and outside the organization and better project insight retention over time. We’re hiring our first Demand Generation Lead to build and scale a multi-channel engine that drives pipeline across our utilities and civil engineering markets. This is a rare opportunity to be the founding demand gen leader at a well-funded, fast-growing company with exceptional product-market fit and blue-chip customers. You’ll own the full demand funnel—from awareness to qualified pipeline—and build the foundation for scalable, repeatable growth. The ideal candidate is a versatile builder who can run strategic ABM programs, execute field activations at industry events, optimize digital campaigns, and stand up the marketing operations infrastructure that ties it all together. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to translate customer insights into high-impact programs.
