RAD Intel is looking for a Head of Demand Generation to guide investor and brand demand across the company and its portfolio. You’ll lead strategy, planning, and performance across paid media, publisher programs, and partner-led execution, scaling what’s already working while building a stronger in-house capability over time. This role steps into live programs with meaningful spend and clear expectations. You’ll set a unified operating rhythm across internal and agency teams while campaigns run across multiple funds and brand inbound programs, with consistent measurement, reporting, and the authority to tighten what works. You’re comfortable setting a unified operating rhythm, aligning internal and agency teams under shared standards while keeping collaboration strong. You’ll work closely with agency and affiliate partners, internal teams, and leadership to bring consistency and clarity to demand programs supporting active capital raises, RAD Intel brand growth, and portfolio company inbound.
