In this role, you will help enable the success of Google Cloud's Strategic AI and Independent Software Vendor (SAISV) Go-To-Market (GTM) team. You lead customer engineering teams and deploy a team of subject matter experts responsible for working alongside the customers to provide trusted technical and solution advice to accelerate workload migration and remove technical impediments. You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Engineering (CE) management on staffing, organizing and training the CE team by assessing their GTM readiness and building plans to ensure they are equipped to meet business goals. You will identify and prioritize business opportunities, providing insight on how to best secure technical success. This cross-functional position also requires you to partner with product, support, and engineering teams to resolve product problems affecting customer satisfaction. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $186,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
