About The Position

At RVL Pharmaceuticals, CRM isn’t simply a communication channel, it’s a core driver of revenue and long-term customer growth. We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing lead to architect and optimize how customers move from first touch to loyal subscriber. You’ll partner across Growth, Media, and Data teams to transform lifecycle marketing into a measurable driver of revenue and customer loyalty. Requirements

  • Have 5+ years leading CRM/lifecycle strategy in DTC (subscription required, Rx preferred)
  • Have a proven record improving subscription conversion, retention, and LTV
  • Have managed agencies or high-performing internal CRM teams
  • Love turning data into action
  • Know HubSpot (or similar ESP) inside and out

Responsibilities

  • Define lifecycle stages (lead → first purchase → subscriber → at-risk → win-back → referral → high value)
  • Map and optimize journeys across email and SMS
  • Identify revenue leaks and friction points
  • Build dynamic segmentation based on behavior & product usage
  • Design automated, triggered lifecycle programs that drive conversion and repeat purchase
  • Improve subscription opt-in rates
  • Reduce churn with structured mitigation journeys
  • Build high-performing win-back flows
  • Drive trade-up and cross-sell logic
  • Influence cart behavior and repeat purchase cadence
  • Build quarterly lifecycle optimization roadmaps
  • Implement personalization frameworks (messaging, timing, offers)
  • Lead experimentation (A/B testing by behavior segment)
  • Develop channel-specific strategies across Email & SMS
  • Create messaging briefs and partner with agency for compliant, high-performing creative
  • You won’t operate in a silo, partner closely with Growth Marketing
  • Optimize lead → first purchase conversion
  • Identify high LTV acquisition signals
  • Connect paid media, CRO, and retention into one performance ecosystem
  • Own CRM dashboards and retention reporting
  • Build predictive LTV and churn models
  • Translate insights into action
  • Monitor deliverability and engagement quality
  • Present clear, executive-ready performance updates
  • Audit and evolve existing CRM journey architecture
  • Direct and manage AOR against performance targets
  • Manage HubSpot (or equivalent ESP) product & campaign administration
  • Maintain list hygiene and deliverability standards
