Marino is looking for a talented full-time Head of Creative Studio to lead and grow our Creative Studio and help shape the agency’s creative and branding capabilities across digital, advertising, PR, and business development. This role will be titled at the VP or SVP level based on experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative leader with a player/coach mentality - someone who is motivated by strong ideas and good design, but equally comfortable managing teams, workflows, and client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across disciplines including PR, earned media, social, paid advertising, and account leadership. In addition to managing in-house creative resources, the right candidate will be able to leverage external partners and their own creative skillset to bring ideas to life. This is a fast-paced environment, and candidates should be comfortable problem-solving, managing multiple projects at once, and helping drive integrated campaigns for clients across industries. Marino is a growing agency, and this role will play a key part in building, scaling, and elevating our creative studio, as well as contributing to the continued expansion of the agency.
