About The Position

Producer - Creative Studio Fanatics Betting & Gaming is looking for a strategic and solutions-oriented Producer to lead end-to-end production for creative initiatives across our Casino and Sportsbook brands. This individual will act as a critical operational linchpin - bringing creative concepts to life with precision, excellence, and a deep understanding of what moves sports fans. As a cross-functional leader within the marketing organization, this Producer will own production logistics for high-visibility campaigns, including film and photo shoots, social-first content, and live tentpole events like the Super Bowl, FanFest, and VIP experiences. They will also serve as the primary liaison across internal teams, agency partners, and production vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate brings a versatile production background, strong creative instincts, and a proven ability to deliver under tight timelines and high expectations. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with operational excellence to deliver world-class campaigns that elevate the brand.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in production management across creative, entertainment, or integrated marketing environments.
  • Proven experience producing large-scale campaigns and high-profile brand moments, ideally within sports, media, or lifestyle brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and a sharp eye for creative quality.
  • Proficient in project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and comfortable navigating production tools and video workflows.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence.
  • Deep passion for sports and entertainment, with a strong understanding of what resonates with fans.
  • Willingness to travel for events, productions, and off-site team sessions.

  • Experience both in-house and at an agency is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal FBG lead producer across marketing, owning projects from ideation through final delivery across campaigns, content, and event activations.
  • Translate creative vision into actionable production plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and on brand.
  • Lead production for high-impact moments including Super Bowl, FanFest, and VIP experiences—ensuring all logistics and deliverables are tightly coordinated and executed at the highest standard.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all external production partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, brand, media, and event teams to ensure strategic alignment and creative excellence across all deliverables.
  • Oversee all phases of production, including pre-production planning, on-site execution, and post-production (editing, sound, visual effects, final delivery).
  • Stay ahead of production trends, sports culture, fan behavior, and entertainment marketing best practices—helping push the creative and operational boundaries of our brand.
