Responsible for defining and leading growth strategy for the consumer credit cart business. This role will set the vision for how, and with whom we grow – translating customer insight, market opportunity, profitability, and competitive dynamics into a clear path to expand our credit card bas and strengthen overall customer engagement. This leader will own the growth agenda, spanning product roadmap direction, channel optimization and expansion, and strategic prioritization. While leading a team, the scope of influence required is broad – requiring strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Marketing, Digital, Distribution, Risk Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Technology. The position requires a balance of long-term vision with hands-on execution rigor to ensure strategy translates to measurable business impact.
