About The Position

As Head of Commercial, you’ll identify the commercial vision for our cutting-edge cryptographic platform and expand it across the global payments ecosystem, building the GTM motion, sales function and eventual team. You’ll break into new spaces, identify partnership opportunities and drive revenue growth and long term strategic vision, alongside the CEO and founding team. You'll report directly to the CEO, and will be highly involved in aligning vision, demand and technology, you will define the market's reception, identify high-ROI use cases in the AI-agent space, and lead the strategic feedback loop that shapes our engineering roadmap.

Requirements

  • Payments Growth: 5+ years driving growth and / or partnerships at a major payment services provider, card network, or at a high-growth fintech building next-gen rails.
  • Deep Technical Fluency: You don't need to be a researcher, but you must have a "technical first" mindset; you are obsessed with how cryptography can be applied to verify authority and protect sensitive transaction data.
  • Agentic Economy Expertise: A sophisticated understanding of the AI agent landscape, specifically the shift from "click-to-buy" to autonomous, policy-driven commerce.
  • Unrivaled Network: Access to a robust network of decision-makers across the financial services ecosystem, including product leads at major banks, the payment infrastructure space, and emerging AI startups.
  • Strategic Feedback Native: Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, zero-to-one environments and synthesize complex market signals and customer site feedback into clear engineering directives

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Go-To-Market: Build and execute the GTM roadmap with a specific focus on payment platforms and infrastructure, fintech, and AI-native marketplaces looking to embed autonomous spend/receive functionality.
  • Deep Customer Development: Build and nurture relationships with early adopters in the agentic commerce space; structure pilot programs and identify revenue expansion opportunities.
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Leadership: Establish strategic partnerships with global payment networks and AI platforms to embed Zero Proof’s encryption standards into emerging agent protocols.
  • Strategic Communications: Support brand positioning to define Zero Proof as the industry standard for verifiable agent identity and secure transaction authority.
  • Business Development: Identify new commercial leads, drive existing and future pilots into future partnerships, and immediately take the reins on near term growth.
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop: Serve as the "voice of the market," providing rigorous feedback to the CEO and tech team regarding competitive landscapes, customer friction points, and product-market fit.
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Development: Map out fintech landscape and identify, structure and execute creative partnership opportunities, to drive Zero Proof’s multi-agent commerce solution part of every day transactions.
  • Revenue Architecture: Design and refine pricing, packaging, and business models that scale.
