This is an onsite job in SF, w 1-day a week WFH flexibility. Role Summary: As Head of Claims at Stand Insurance, you will be responsible for managing the Claims lifecycle, end-to-end in conjunction with third party partners and the Operations team. Unlike many Claims roles, however, this role is unique in that it also provides an opportunity to be part of the solution in avoiding claims before they happen by working with mitigation and retrofitting vendors. By being involved in the building process before, during, and after a claim, you will be able to ensure we are fulfilling our promise of security to insureds in every facet. This role is great for a high energy, execution focused individual with experience in the most challenging property catastrophe markets.
