Oversee creative development for brand initiatives, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution. Manage and mentor the brand and social team while fostering collaboration across marketing, communications, and business units. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on brand and social media strategy. Build a forward-looking social-first content strategy and editorial calendar with emphasis on company priorities, customer achievements, and employee accomplishments. Establish comprehensive measurement program to demonstrate impact of organic social media on overall communications strategy.
