TopDog Law is building a marketing engine that combines bold brand storytelling with culturally fluent, high-performing social content. We’re seeking a Head of Social to take full ownership of our organic social presence and guide our community through brand-led, engaging content, with Instagram as the primary growth and revenue-driving platform, responsible for shaping community journeys across: Brand-forward Instagram content and distribution. High-engagement short-form and platform-native video. Community trust, engagement, and conversation. Influencer, creator, and UGC campaigns. Social-first brand storytelling and platform expansion. Your primary focus will be building and executing a comprehensive social strategy that brings the TopDog Law brand to life through engaging, culturally relevant content that never feels like an ad. You will own social performance end-to-end, from idea generation and execution to optimization based on real-time data, while ensuring the brand is consistently and clearly represented across the majority of our content. This role demands high ownership and a builder mindset, blending strategy, execution, and leadership of a growing social media team. As the Instagram foundation is strengthened, you’ll thoughtfully expand the brand into additional platforms to support long-term growth. You’ll report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with creative, performance marketing, and decision science teams to ensure social drives measurable business impact. This role goes far beyond managing workflows. It requires a hands-on leader who can step in, take full ownership, and drive results with minimal guidance.
