As the Head of B2B Marketing, you’ll own Deako’s go-to-market strategy for our builder, integrator, and channel audiences—from awareness to conversion. You’ll lead demand generation, digital marketing, content creation, and sales enablement efforts while supporting offline experiences that bring the Deako brand to life in model homes, trade events, and showrooms. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns, build programs, and drive measurable business results.
