About The Position

San Blas Securities is seeking an experienced advisor recruiter to lead and scale our national recruiting efforts. This is a revenue-generating role responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing relationships with high-quality financial advisors and teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years recruiting financial advisors at a broker-dealer, RIA, or recruiting firm
  • Proven track record of closing advisor transitions
  • Strong understanding of payout structures, transition packages, and advisor economics

Nice To Haves

  • Existing network of advisor relationships preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage advisor recruiting pipeline
  • Execute outbound recruiting strategy (LinkedIn, referrals, events)
  • Lead advisor transition process from first contact through onboarding
  • Partner with leadership on deal structuring and economics
  • Track and report recruiting metrics and pipeline activity
