The Head Women’s Golf Coach is responsible for the development, organization, and leadership of a newly established NCAA Division III women’s golf program at Endicott College. This position presents a unique opportunity to build a competitive program from the ground up within a mission-driven liberal arts institution that values applied academic excellence, competitive athletics, and holistic student development. The Head Coach, Women’s Golf is a seasonal, non-benefit-eligible, part-time position. The Head Coach will provide visionary leadership in all aspects of the program, including recruiting, student-athlete development, competitive strategy, and overall program administration. The successful candidate will foster a team culture aligned with the College’s commitment to sportsmanship, integrity, inclusion, and academic achievement while establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.
