Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of culinary arts, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Proficient in menu planning, costing, and inventory management
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and management
  • Culinary expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredients.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen.
  • Kitchen management: Proficient in managing all aspects of the kitchen, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities
